Much of it remains a mystery. What is the context of the overall site? Clearly Roman, but over what period was there a settlement there?<\/p><p>What other activities were taking place there and how does our site relate to the Roman villa not far away?<\/p><p>Our &#8220;dig&#8221; this year is continuing until the weekend of the 15th and 16th June.\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; letter-spacing: 0.01em;\">We are going to be telling you about the things we have found\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>You can also find out more by visiting us in person.<\/p><p><strong>Site Open Day<\/strong><\/p><p>There is a site open day on:<\/p><p><strong>Saturday 15th June<\/strong> from <strong>10am to 2pm<\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Directions and the address of where to go:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><strong>Folly Lane, Norton Disney<\/strong>. Look for signs to site<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>An archaeology walk is taking place on:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><strong>Sunday 16th June<\/strong> at <strong>2pm<\/strong> starting from Hill Holt Wood.
